Are The Zilergy Scam Claim’s True?
To tell you all the truth I am not really a fan of calling company’s in the network marketing industry a scam. But knowing the way people think in general about the network marketing industry I thought writing a Zilergy Scam review would actually reach more readers than just writing a review itself.
You see most people would prefer to look for reasons not to join a company before they would even be presented with why they should. My Zilergy Scam review attempts to detail what the company can offer you in an unbiased manner. I am not a member of Zilergy nor do I ever plan on being a member. But if you looking to see if the claims are true when researching the Zilergy Scam then I hope I can get your questions answered.
Doing a little bit of research to find out if the Zilergy Scam claims are true really isn’t that hard. Truth be told if all I wanted to do was find out some information to verify the Zilergy Scam claims it probably wouldn’t be all that hard. There are always people all over the net complaining about how they got ripped off by some company or product, and its the same with the Zilergy Scam claims. But lets peel back the is onion a bit and learn this company.
Zilergy, based in Tampa, Florida, sells an all-in-one e-marketing system that includes mobile marketing, social media, and email marketing. Now if you have ever been involved in marketing on the internet you will know that these methods of marketing are almost vital to your business. When researching the great mystery of the Zilergy Scam I found that all they did was take these methods, put them into a single system, and make it easier for you to use.

Zilergy’s opt-in mobile service allows customers to send targeted messages offering discounts and promotions and stores an opt-in subscribers list for future promotions. As with any other review I do, this Zilergy Scam review is much the same. I like to validate their products as much as their business model they employ. An I have to tell you that mobile marketing is taking off. Now personally I have never employed the text message model. But the open rates are very high. I am personally on a couple lists that send me text’s about an upcoming training I can attest that these get opened.
Zilergy’s ENGAGE feature allows customers to manage all of their social media campaigns and initiatives from one source. I know that you have no doubt seen this type of software on other place of the net. Zilergy Scam claims say that this doesn’t work or there are better free products out there. But if your going to employ their mobile marketing tools you might as well take advantage of this tool as well.
Zilergy provides tools and templates to quickly facilitate proper distribution of emails. These services are available to customers starting at $100 per month. Now here is where the Zilergy Scam claims get a little foggy. You see email marketing is by the far the best method to generate sales. The Zilergy Scam crowd claim that these are not of good quality and don’t convert. I counter with, you can send the prettiest email on the planet and if your content is garbage its not going to convert. But not being a member I can’t confirm that all the emails sent from this tool actually make it to the subscriber’s inbox. There a very few Zilergy Scam complaints concerning that however, since I doubt there was any real testing done.
The Zilergy Scam Enrollment
There are 3 participation packages:
Sales Rep – Pays a monthly sales support fee of $19.95 and may sell the Zilergy products and receive personal sales commissions but cannot enroll other distributors.
Business Leader – Pays $299 initially for a Business Leader Pack which includes Zilergy Access service for the first 30 days, one mobile keyword, 250 text messages & two Travel Awards. Business Leaders must maintain $50.00 personal sales volume to remain active.
Power Leader – Pays $499 initially for the Power Leader Pack which includes Zilergy Access (with XL Dashboard) service for the first 30 days, one key word; 500 text messages and five Travel Awards. Power Leaders have three business centers and have the potential to build four teams.
The Zilergy Scam Compensation Plan
Zilergy has a binary compensation plan. Sales Reps, Business & Power Leaders receive a 20% commissions on personal product sales. In addition, Business and Power Leaders can also qualify for various bonuses. But as with any product or service on the net, just because you didn’t make money with it doesn’t make the Zilergy Scam claims true. You have to put in the work. You have to generate the leads.
Zilergy Scam claims around the net seem to be based more on sour grapes rather than actual facts and that truly is a shame that its happened to this company. Don’t get me wrong, if I thought the Zilergy Scam claims were true and I found overwhelming evidence that they were facts I would have no problem letting you know. But I just don’t see it here.

On a final note, if you came here or to any site for that matter looking for the bad aspects of a company, then your starting off on the wrong foot already. You will listen to these Zilergy Scam claims and they will always be in the back of your mind. You will then later use them as an excuse to not take action. Yes do you due diligence and research any company or opportunity that you may be thinking about getting involved with. But be a business person and truly take the Zilergy Scam claims for what they mostly are, unjustified gripes as an excuse for quitting.

Interesting post Clint but I’m afraid it is nor relevant to me as I live outside of the USA, I do like to look at other companies compensation models though so thanks for that.
