My “Why” For The 100 Day Champion Challenge
Over the course of my internet marketing and network marketing career I have come upon several periods of time where I wanted to quit. Frustrated over lack of results, or just plain running out of money to invest in my business has always left me wondering if I was doing the right thing. Then a few months back I undertook my first 100 Day Champion Challenge and I found what I was looking for. Well sort of anyway.
I guess my story of my first 100 Day Champion Challenge really starts on Facebook where I met this wonderful lady named Brenda Tsiaousis (no I still can’t pronounce her last name) and she reintroduced me to a group of people who were using MyLeadSystemPro to market their business.
Now, if you have been around as long as I have you could not have missed the launch of this program in its early days. People were marketing it all around the web. Safelists, traffic exchanges, PPC, SEO, video it was everywhere. And truth be told I thought it all looked a little hyped up in my opinion. But Brenda didn’t force it upon me, she just took me in.
She introduced to me some new concepts that I had heard of but didn’t really understand. Most importantly was attraction marketing and its power. I realized that even though I strayed off the network marketing path and went solely into internet marketing. That I could turn all that great knowledge that I had collected and turn it into something special.
So I dumped my internet marketing business. Yep, all of it. I have one site that is still running from that period of my life and it makes me a little money every month just doing its thing, but other than that. I got rid of it all. I even went so far as to drop the internet all together. I wasn’t quitting, I was taking a step back and looking for my “why”. Why was I doing this? What did I want out of it? What was I looking to accomplish?
I realized that my “why” was sitting right in front of me. My wife of almost 20 years, my oldest son about to move out on his own, and my youngest son just entering teen age years. They were my “why”.
After 20 years in the Army, where your family takes a back seat to your mission I had missed so much. First steps, birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and most importantly time. My oldest son spent most of his childhood without me around. My wife and I were separated for three years during multiple deployments. I had missed so much.
My “why” was clear. Make network marketing work. Make enough money so that I could spend more time with my family. Spend more time with my kids. Spend more time with my beautiful wife. And never feel guilty about walking away from everything, knowing that my website and my company would be doing the work for me.
In Comes The 100 Day Champion Challenge
Which leads me right back to Brenda and the 100 Day Champion Challenge. You see she was one of the co-leaders of the last 100 Day Champion Challenge and I just so happened to see a blog post she did about it. I couldn’t even tell you the link to it now but I just knew that the 100 Day Champion Challenge was something that I needed.
The 100 Day Champion Challenge provides the accountability that most marketers on the internet need. The 100 Day Champion Challenge provides you with all the content that you will need. The 100 Day Champion Challenge provides you with all the support that you need. The 100 Day Champion Challenge puts you in touch with like minded people who also want to succeed.
And not all the participants of the 100 Day Champion Challenge were in network marketing. Sure a majority were, but there were a few who were into personal development. Their posts were by far some of the most enlightening content that I have ever seen on the net.
So I joined the 100 Day Champion Challenge. I undertook the whole thing. I posted almost everyday to my brand new blog. I posted my content on Facebook and in the 100 Day Champion Challenge group Skype chat. And I didn’t even add any of the things I knew to work when it comes to SEO. I just did it.
Sure there were some bumps in the road for me. Work would get in the way and I would miss a day of posting. Or I would get tired of looking at a computer all the time. But I never missed a training. I never missed an opportunity to learn.
100 Day Champion Challenge Number 2 is here!
This time around I get to be a co-leader of the 100 Day Champion Challenge and I can’t tell you how proud I am be a part of it.
The value that I get, the experience that I get from being a co-leader of the 100 Day Champion Challenge is something that you can’t buy in any course. You couldn’t hope to get this type of life experience from any paid training or workshop. Its like on the job training on steroids.
In the last 72 hours I have fully set-up a 100 Day Champion Challenge membership site, my first one. I taught the other co-leaders of the 100 Day Champion Challenge to use a new webinar system. I even learned a little about human relations when dealing with other people.
And we haven’t even started the 100 Day Champion Challenge yet.
I hope you join me on this journey, I hope you join me on this 100 Day Champion Challenge (Just Click Here).
Oh and by the way, these two boys remind me of my kids the 365 Day Parent Challenge
